Oklahoma Transportation Secretary Gary Ridley, who has worked with the state's network of roads and bridges for more than 50 years, is retiring. 

Oklahoma Transportation commissioners are scheduled to vote Monday on awarding a contract to replace several bridges on Highway 169 between Tulsa and Owasso.
